At Keennovation Sdn Bhd (1178740-V) d/b/a ("Keennovation", “Finorytech”, "we", "us"), our most important asset is our relationship with our customers. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of information about our users, their organizations, and their customers and prospective customers. This Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal and company information when you visit various internet sites such as our embedded site and dashboard app (the “Site”) or use the Finorytech Service.

In this privacy policy, "you" and "your'' refer to individual users of Keennovation's Site or Finorytech Service. If you have questions or complaints regarding our Privacy Policy or practices, please contact us at kee@finory.tech.

1. MEMBER CONSENT

By submitting or making available Personal Data (as defined below) through the Finorytech Service or Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the processing of Personal Data following this Privacy Policy.

2. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

Keennovation collects Personal Data and Anonymous Data from you when you visit our Site and/or when you send us information or communications in connection with your use of the Finorytech Service. "Personal Data'' means data that allows someone to identify you or your customers(“Borrower”), including, for example, name, address, geographic location of the computer or mobile device, telephone number, NRIC, email address, and bank account information, as well as any other non-public information that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data. "Anonymous Data '' means data about you or your customers that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data; Anonymous Data does not permit the identification of individual persons. We collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data, as described below.

If you provide us feedback or contact us via email, we will collect your name and email address, IP address, as well as any other content included in the email, to send you a reply, and any information that you submit to us. We may also collect Personal Data at other instances in the Finorytech Service user experience where we state that Personal Data is being collected. In addition to the Personal Information that we collect on you, we also collect the Personal Data of your customers that you submit to us for processing through the Finorytech Service.

3. Storage location and transfer of personal information

Finorytech stores its data, including Personal Information, on servers located in Singapore, including through the use of our third-party service providers powered by Google Cloud Platform. By submitting information, you agree to this transfer, storing, or processing of your Personal Information by our service providers in Singapore. Unless we tell you differently, such third parties do not have any right to use the Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. This includes third-party companies and individuals employed by us to facilitate our Finorytech Services.

4. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

We collect, and process your Personal Data, provided by or collected as described above, for the purposes and on the legal bases identified in the following:

• To facilitate the creation of and secure your account on our network; identify you as a user in our system;

• To query various databases for information regarding your customers or prospective customers as part of the Finorytech Server's identity verification procedures;

• To provide improved administration of the Finorytech Service;

• To improve the quality of experience when you interact with Finorytech or the Finorytech Service;

• To send you administrative email notifications, such as security or support and maintenance advisories;

• To respond to your inquiries or other requests;

• To send with your consent promotional communications;

• To send with your consent upgrades and special offers related to the Finorytech Service and for other marketing purposes of Keennovation or our Partner Companies;

• To make telephone calls to you, from time to time, as a part of secondary fraud protection or to solicit your feedback;

• To fulfill any purpose for which you share it; and

• For any other purposes with your consent.

We may create Anonymous Data records from Personal Data by excluding information that renders the data personally identifiable. We use this Anonymous Data to analyse requests and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content and functionality of the Finorytech Service. Keennovation reserves the right to use for other purposes and to disclose Anonymous Data to third parties at its discretion.

If you provide feedback on the Finorytech Service or Site, we may use such feedback for any purpose, provided we will not associate such feedback with your Personal Data. Keennovation will collect and store any information contained in such communication and will treat the Personal Data in such communication in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Keennovation receives specific contractual authorization from all customers whom it receives data from for processing in line with one or more purposes as outlined above.

5. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We may share your Personal Data with Partner Companies to provide technical support or to provide specific services, such as maintenance services, database management, or payment processing for purchases. Partner Companies will have access to your Personal Data only to perform these services on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. They may be located, or their data processing activities may take place outside of Malaysia. Personal Data of your customers or prospective customers that you provide through the Finorytech Service will be disclosed to the various third-party information database providers used in the provision of identity verification services through the Finorytech Service. We may also disclose your Personal Data with your consent for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the data.

Regardless of any choices you make regarding your Personal Data (if applicable), Keennovation may disclose Personal Data if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants or lawful requests from government authorities served on Finorytech; or (b) protect or defend the rights, reputation or property of Keennovation or users of the Finorytech Service.

Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, share, or rent the Personal Data collected from our services to third parties. You expressly consent to the sharing of Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.

6. PERSONAL DATA CHANGES

Changes to the Personal Data of you or your customers or prospective customers should be sent to us immediately. You may change aspects of any of your Personal Data in your account by editing your profile within the registration portion of the Site or by sending an email to us at legal@finory.tech. You may request deletion of your account information by us, but please note that we may be required (by law or otherwise) to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). We will respond to your request to access within 30 days.

We will retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. We will retain and use your business information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. DATA RETENTION

Keennovation will retain data we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed to provide services to our Customers or otherwise follow applicable law. Keennovation will retain and use this information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of these processed data anytime by sending an email to us at kee@finory.tech.

8. SECURITY OF APPLICATION AND YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Keennovation is committed to protecting the security of Personal Data. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When you enter sensitive information on the Finorytech Service, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We also require you to enter a password to access your account information. Please do not disclose your account password to unauthorized people. Despite these measures, you should know that Keennovation cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Data, and any transmission of Personal Data is at your own risk. 9. RIGHT TO CONTROL AND ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION

Under applicable law, you may have, among others, the rights (under the conditions set out in applicable law): (i) to check whether and what kind of Personal Data we hold about you and to request copies of such data, (ii) to request a correction, supplementation or deletion of your Personal Data that is inaccurate or processed in non-compliance with applicable requirements, and (iii) to request us to restrict the processing of your Personal Data, (iv) in certain circumstances, to object for legitimate reasons to the processing of your Personal Data or to revoke the consent previously granted where such revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before the revocation, (v) to request data portability, (vi) to know the identities of third parties to which your Personal Data are transferred, and (vii) to lodge a complaint with the competent authority.

Keennovation makes good faith efforts to provide individuals with access to their Personal Data, although there may be circumstances in which Keennovation is unable to comply with your request, including but not limited to where the information contains legal privilege, would compromise others’ privacy or other legitimate rights, where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the Individual’s privacy in the case in question or where it is commercially proprietary. If Keennovation is unable to comply with your request we will provide you with an explanation of why that conclusion has been made, and provide a point of contact for further inquiries.

11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

If Keennovation makes changes to this Privacy Policy, these changes will be posted on the Site promptly. You can determine when this Privacy Policy was last revised by referring to the "Last Updated" legend at the top of this page. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective upon our posting of the revised Privacy Policy on the Site or Application. If we make any material changes we may notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or through a notice on this Site before the change becomes effective. Use of the Finorytech Service or Site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy then in effect.
